Cody Mullenaux

Founder

Cody is an Entrepreneur, Author, investor, and inventor. He published his autobiography "Numbskull" in 2010, detailing his eccentric upbringing after being orphaned at birth and adopted by his biological grandparents in South Los Angeles. Cody's past represents an incredible success story where he has learned to apply his street smarts and cunning ability to read people into big business. Cody founded his first company in 2014. Platinum Cargo acquired a logistics company called Rincon Transport in 2018. With a massively successful exit from Rincon, Cody was able to pursue a multitude of entrepreneurial endeavors. Cody has been working nonstop on his passion projects creating and developing new and innovative ideas and bringing them to life. After being awarded multiple utility patents for his state-of-the-art water dispensing system founded Aquaphant Inc. We can say that this man has the potential to lead and achieve success in any business because of his expertise, as he has established the Aquphat. Cody Mullenaux hired experienced and talented persons in his team having the potential to make any project successful.

Steve Wolf

CEO

Steve is an Entrepreneur, Author, and sales and marketing veteran with over 23 years of experience in the start-up space. His companies WC Ventures and Bolt Goodly, are full-service management consulting agencies specializing in sales, marketing, and consumer data. Through his companies, Steve has helped hundreds of businesses turn around or multiply their revenue streams, expand business verticals, launch into new markets and modernize marketing strategies utilizing data-driven approaches like Agile, Scrum, and Six Sigma. He has a BA In COMM from CSUSM with a minor in women's studies.

He carries marketing certifications from Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with various published works on marketing in tech and Entrepreneurship. Steve is now leading Aquaphant as a successful brand in the advanced technology where they can generate water from the atmospheric air. He is competent with international publications famous as The Young Entrepreneurs Guide to Life and The Rich Kid Syndrome. Steve is famous for his interest in looking for new projects to work on, new people to partner with, and any opportunity to expand his knowledge in his dedicated fields.

Mark Kelly

CTO

Mark is an experienced engineering veteran with an HND in Mechanical & Design Engineering  from the University of the West of Scotland (UWS). His experience with the Internet pre-dates the massive adoption of the internet as we know it today, using it early on to interface with Honeywell and MIT in the late 80’s. Mark was one of the pioneering users of AutoCAD & CNC transitioning from drafting tables and Rotring mechanical pencils. Over his 30 years in the industry, Mark has adopted innovative software technologies including AR, VR, and AI to interface with hardware he has developed making him an extremely well-rounded software and hardware engineer. Applying his mastery of software and hardware creation he has been a part of a wide variety of projects for Virgin Interactive, Events.com, Toyota, The FX Network, Fox, and Mastercard to name a few. 

Peter Dragone

Peter Dragone

Mr. Dragone has spent the past fifteen years as an acting/consulting CFO for a number of start-ups in industries ranging from CPG, Health and Wellness, Industrial Services, Ecommerce, Food and SaaS. Peter’s prior experience is that of a serial entrepreneur, managing various start-up and turnaround projects. He was a co-founder of Keurig, Inc., now the multi-billion dollar Keurig/Green Mountain Inc. Before starting Keurig, Mr. Dragone was a senior financial/operational manager for Chiquita Brands International. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA (in Spanish) from Middlebury College and a BA from Colby College.

Travis Rosbach

Travis Rosbach  is the board member of Aquphant and has spent the last thirty years studying and practicing all things business, and the previous ten years as an advisor, consultant, public speaker, and business coach to a wide range of industries, celebrities, individuals and even countries.He not only shares his tradecraft with others but also practices it in the many startup's he is currently involved in. He is the founder of Hydro Flask and other highly successful business endeavors. Prior to entrepreneurship, Mr. Rosbach was a SCUBA dive Master/Instructor (PADI 158190), US Merchant Marine Boat Captain (50 Tons), Commercial Airline Pilot (ATP), and was/is a world explorer.

Michael Shimokaji

Michael practiced in different areas of law - business, corporate, securities, real estate, products liability, and general litigation. That work enabled him to work with tech companies.
From his work with tech companies, Michael found that he wanted to focus his practice in intellectual property to combine his loves of science and law.
Michael's expertise includes the strategic development of patent and trademark portfolios. He identifies those patents and trademarks that are valuable to his clients by providing them with a competitive advantage. Then, Michael obtains patent and trademark registrations in the US and abroad.
He also works on business transactions - sales, mergers and licenses - where intellectual property is involved. Michael assists a party to the transaction in due diligence and evaluating the worth of patents, trademarks, and copyrights being bought, sold or licensed. He specializes in the health care industry, including medical devices, medtech, and life sciences. Over the last 30 years, Michael has also supported clients in industries as diverse as aerospace, apparel, chemicals, computer hardware and software, consumer household products, photocopiers, restaurants, semiconductors, and telecommunications.

Glenn Meier
